Over the years I have shot a lot of food for Judy Chambers of Dynamic by Nature. She has self-published 2 amazing cook books using my imagery. Check them out here: http://dynamicbynature.com/products.html

A Little Elbow Room
The time has come to share this little film with the world.
After screening at the Vancouver International Women in Film Festival last year, the feedback was so positive, I cannot wait to make my next short documentary! Given the fact that this was my first attempt as a student filmmaker, I couldn't be any happier with the love this little project has received.
Hope you enjoy!
Patrick Savoie and Bryan Searle own The Elbow Room CafĂ©, a small breakfast joint in Vancouver where the rule of the coffee pot is “get your ass up”. Part small business owner, part insult-comic, Patrick is known for slinging barbs as much as for slinging pancakes.
Mavreen David’s first documentary short is an intimate look at the history of this famously unique place and the quirky man who has made it infamous.
But it’s not all caustic insults and rampant abuse – the diner has raised over $67,000 for an AIDS charity.
This delightful short will tickle you, move you, enlighten you, and most certainly make you want to visit The Elbow Room for some eggs…with a side of snark.

Take A Hike
This was a video created by myself, and Scott Reynolds of Hole Hog Media for the purpose of promoting the Take A Hike Foundation and its incredible program for at risk youth.
Please take a moment to watch and learn more about the work they are doing and how you can get involved!

Bring The Shine
Was really happy to support fitness expert and blogger, Liz Joyce, who thrives and inspires others with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
